It’s that time of year when the cold wanders away and the heat comes and sweeps us into wonderful events. With Dreamville, Lollapalooza Coachella coming up. It’s hard to find inspo on what to wear. You want to look good for the ig, you want to be the best dressed. It’s astonishingly very stressful. But not to worry as I’m to your rescue. Based on the trends of the end of last year and the beginning of this year here is some inspo to get your creative juices flowing.

I don’t personally go places (Introverted person). But when it comes to looking good I would want to go places. Festivals and crowds are not really something I deal with, to ease the anxiety I like to look good so that I may enjoy the event knowing that my fit looks bomb. 

At times you may not know what you should wear to a festival but that is why I’m here, to help give inspo. These are a few things I picked out that are based on trends from the past year.

Knitwear/crochet – it has been a big trend over the course of 2022. It’s also a great way to add the bohemian vibe to the festival aesthetic. It could also be paired with some cowboy boots to really bring out the western/American aesthetic of things. The crochet can be a dress paired with a short black/nude dress under.

Two-piece sets – you can never go wrong with a two-piece set. It’s easy, simple, and quick. The part that really makes it creative is the pattern, color, and design. For a more festival vibe the color could be yellow mixed with orange and a polka gradient pattern would really spice up the vibes. And remember to ALWAYS accessorize. Crochet sets are very good when you really want to go for that effortless look of putting work but not putting work.

Jorts – Jorts are so perfect to me. Not too long not too short, it’s just right. They can literally be paired with anything and look really good. I personally would style these with sambas as they were the shoes of last year among the fast girlies. Everyone (including me) and their mama had these. For tops, it can be paired with tank tops, sheer tops, blouses, etc.

Skirt & tank top – yes this may be basic but there are times when you just want to be chill, so you wear this. It can also be paired with a dress shirt. Also, this can be paired with other things and look exceptionally good.

Although I won’t participate in these activities in the near future, I hope that I was able to bring inspo to you so that your creative juices may flow. These outfits can also be worn everywhere. It can be spiced up or down depending on how you may want to look or go for. There is an endless list of things that can be worn so feel free to wear those things, as I said before this is just simply inspo.
