A new aesthetic that has come to life in 2022 was Bloke Core. This aesthetic is the concept of wearing football (soccer) kits/jerseys with different silhouettes. Out of all of last year’s trends/aesthetics, this has been my favorite. With the coming of the world cup, this style has risen more as fans style their kits/jerseys with different silhouettes.

Some people may style theirs with parachute pants [that also have been a trend] and sneakers of any sort.

Others style theirs by wearing them with jeans and sneakers such as Adidas sambas. Which has been how the aesthetic became more alive as the Adidas sambas populated the internet. Making it a staple in different closets including mine.

To make it more feminine, people have opted for wearing pointed-toe heels and baggy jeans. As pointed-toe heels have slowly been rising into a trend. Adding more of a unique look to the whole aspect of the outfit.

Overall, this aesthetic has brought great joy to the fashion world as it unites football (soccer) fans and fashionistas into one. All though the kits may be expensive, they can always be opted out for replicas. This aesthetic is a core favorite of 2022.
